Edward Porta - Founder and Managing Director
Edward (Eddie) Porta is the founder and Managing Director of SolutionsATI. With over 15 years as a professional consultant in management and IT, Eddie is proud to have contributed to the success of large initiatives with many Clients. From guiding strategic operational planning and multi-release roadmaps to executing IT releases and managing complex user adoption, Eddie has helped Client teams operate at their best and achieve amazing business results.
Josh Park - Director
Josh has over 9 years of experience managing complex projects for US government agencies and high-tech Clients. He has extensive experience leading teams in supporting competing needs to multiple organizations while delivering the highest priority programs and projects. For SolutionsATI Clients, Josh has both project managed IT deployments and played key roles in IT Strategy and Customer and Partner Adoption programs.
Malvis Tarney - Senior Manager
Malvis has over 7 years of experience managing complex projects for high-tech clients and US Federal agencies. She has extensive experience in leading teams in fast-paced environments and managing competing needs to successfully deliver quality project management support. For SolutionsATI Clients, Malvis has provided both change management planning and support, ensuring business readiness after quarterly and continuous IT releases.
Dennis Conte - Senior Manager
Dennis is a dedicated agilist with 16 years of experience providing enterprise and team level coaching for multiple multi-million dollar projects. Having worked in Silicon Valley for over 27 years, Dennis has experience with some of the most prominent companies in the High-Tech Industry. An active member of the Scrum Alliance and Agile Leadership Network, he holds multiple Agile certifications.
Mike Louis - Manager
Mike has over 11 years of experience managing complex projects for high-tech Clients, the Federal Government, and the US Navy. For SolutionsATI Clients, Mike has provided change management support and planning and supported key Partner adoption efforts.
John Prugh - Manager
John has over 10 years’ experience as a project and operational manager with proven experience translating business and processes into IT solutions in the public and private sector. Expertise in project management, business analysis, change management, and process improvement.
